A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free (to a certain extent). We will move your site(s) to our first–rate cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesirable network downtime. That is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have skilled administrators whose principal task is to make certain that your web site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous web applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are lots of aspects to think about – the total amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That being said, we do our best to perform all website migrations within a 48–hour time period. Smaller websites are transferred much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any private data. We’ll need, though, the login info for your present web hosting account along with the name of the website that you need to move.

A: Customer privacy is one of our greatest priorities – because of this, both our payment page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–grade SSLs. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to secure the info that we obtain on the web. A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. After the transfer is done, we will make certain that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not compromised prior to notifying you that the migration is complete. After that, we’ll explain to you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to update your DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform given that we can access the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we are unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
