That is why we offer you our Optional Admin Services solution – we promise to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS hosting plan, not just of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution will come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – it means that you will be able to basically employ one of our skilled server administrators for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software package that you need. Or have him resolve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
